Jill Rowe is the Director of First Line Coaching Pty Ltd. She is passionate about creating work environments that enable achievement of the organisation’s goals, encourage people to grow and develop and consider the needs of the community in which they reside.
Her experience in the area of Human Resources, Learning & Development and related disciplines spans over 30 years. She has worked in many industries including pharmaceutical, IT and telecommunications, hospitality, education and manufacturing; small and large organisations; multinationals, government and privately-owned. She holds a BA in Industrial Relations and Psychology; an MBA from MGSM and is currently studying an MSc in Psychology of Coaching from University of Sydney. She also holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Training. For 16 of the past 21 years, she has held senior management positions in medium-sized enterprises. She has also been a lecturer in Human Resources at tertiary level.
Jill has a particular interest and experience in assisting the owners and managers of small to medium enterprises to embrace best practice HR to achieve their aspirations and grow their Companies.
Jill is results-oriented, understanding that successful companies must be competitive, today and in the future. Jill works with her clients to determine what will assist them to create a high-achieving culture and work environment that enables the Company to prosper and attract and retain top people.
